These programs are designed for students from the institutions that have an exchange agreement with Kanazawa University who intend to study at Kanazawa University for a period of more than six months up to one year. While remaining enrolled at their home institutions, they study in a non-degree program at Kanazawa University for the purpose of taking credited classes or participating in independent research under the guidance of a supervisor.
FMIPA Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Kanazawa University (KU) agree to open the Doube Degree Program (DDP) in the Physics Master Program in August 2017. Delegates from UGM visited KU in November 14, 2017 to discuss an expansion of the DDP not only for the Department of Physics but also for other three departments (Dept. Mathematics, Dept. Chemistry, and Dept. Comp. Sci. and Electronics). For more detail information, kindly visit:
Delegates from Gadjah Mada University Visit Kanazawa University
National Central University (NCU), Taiwan sends delegates from various divisions to recruit international students who are interested to pursue master of doctoral program in NCU. This event will be held on November 6, 2018 at University Club, Universitas Gadjah Mada. NCU provides scholarship up to IDR 16,000,000 per month.

In this year, FMIPA UGM sends three excellent master students to join Sakura-Exchange Program at Mie University, Japan. They are Dian Putri Hastuti, Wardah Amalia, and Haris Suhendar, who are students from Department of Physics. Not only are they studying science (computational materials science) but also Japanese cultures. They share many things about science and also Indonesian and Japanese cultures with Japanese students. This useful program is documented in the following video:
Diumumkan, khususnya bagi calon mahasiswa S2 Prodi Fisika, Prodi Matematika, Prodi Kimia, dan Prodi Ilmu Komputer UGM, mengenai dibukanya Program Gelar Ganda (Double Degree Program – DDP) antara FMIPA UGM dan Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, Kanazawa University Japan.
Mahasiswa yang dapat mengikuti program ini adalah Mahasiswa S2 dari Prodi Fisika, Prodi Matematika, Prodi Kimia, dan Prodi Ilmu Komputer UGM Angkatan 2018/2019 yang sudah dinyatakan diterima oleh Direktorat Administrasi Akademik (DAA) UGM. Program Gelar Ganda ini adalah program dalam bidang Master dalam bidang Sains Komputasi. Setelah menyelesaikan program, mahasiswa akan mendapatkan dua ijazah sekaligus, yaitu ijazah S2 dari UGM dan Master of Computational Science dari Kanazawa University Japan.
